So, if you follow our blog you can see that we haven’t posted a lot lately. As some of our clients know Jarod and I will be moving sometime this fall. We (unfortunately) do not know where yet but hopefully we will soon. I am finishing up my Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology and I am on the job hunt–which is likely to take us anywhere (big cities only of course). So that is a big part of why we haven’t had any posts–we stopped taking weddings after July because we didn’t know exactly when I would be finished. So that is really the main reason why we haven’t been shooting (and believe me after the first weekend of Jarod and I actually doing lots of fun stuff with no work–we are itching to take photos again. I literally said on the way home from this past weekend that I miss shooting weddings and it has only been about a month. Hopefully we can get some new photos up soon–expect to see our niece Brielle in all of her 14 month beauty!)
The other news…is that Jarod and I are expecting our first child October 27th. So I am a little over 6 months pregnant with our little…BOY. We are both very excited to start the next chapters in our lives. The photo below is the photo we surprised our parents with to let them know we were having a baby. We are photographers–we had to surprise them with a photo.
And just on a personal note–thank you to all of our clients. You have made our time in Greenville so much fun. We have truly enjoyed photographing all of your big moments and being a part of your lives. We can’t honestly thank you enough for the trust and support over the past (almost) 2 years. You are all amazing people!
